Amjad Aryan of Pharmacy One describes how he created the first chain pharmacy in Jordan by developing an impeccable customer experience. Aryan also explains how the pharmacy faced a slow legal process in being able to operate as a chain and resistance from regulators who feared the presence of a chain as well, demonstrating that persistence truly does pay off.
