by wamda,   January 18, 2012

Najeeb Jarrar, the MENA Product Marketing Manager, discusses at CoE Animate 11, how created its animated series, Ahlan Online, in April of 2010, to educate first-time internet users about how to use Google products. The show, developed by Jordanian animation house Kharabeesh, who also created the Mini Entrepreneur series on Wamda, was based on a Japanese Anime show famous during the 80s and early 90s.

Ahlan Online also demonstrates a market opportunity for animators, in creating content that portals and larger businesses can leverage to reach wide audiences.
