You've heard it many times- a one-man show is not the most effective route in entrepreneurship. We've seen investors get wary of a team of one, and successful entrepreneurs urge the creation of a good team. The whole is often better than the sum of its parts.
But typically this is the most challenging element of building a startup- finding the right core team, building the rest of your team, and defining roles so that management becomes more effective and everyone is not (always) doing a bit of everything.
