by wamda, April 17, 2012

This December, The Mowgli Foundation released Mentoring And Entrepreneurship: A Natural Fit For Learning, a five page white paper that offers a "summary of the positive impacts entrepreneurs get from a mentor, with a bit of explanation about why mentoring works according to cognitive theories," say Lonsdale.

The briefing features several key points, such as  what do mentors do for entrepreneurs? How business skills training are necessary but not sufficient, why entrepreneurs have to value their learning to benefit.
