Facebook Use in the Arab World in 2012
by wamda,

Just in time for Facebook's IPO tomorrow, @Shusmo has created an infographic detailing data from the Dubai School of Government's Arab Social Media Report as well as SocialBakers, revealing the number of users on Facebook in the Arab World and their increase since September last year.
We might not have guessed that Facebook uptake is growing faster in Libya, Qatar, Oman, and Iraq than it is in Egypt and KSA, but penetration is generally lower in these countries, and now they're catching up.
Check out our previous article on the upcoming IPO (tomorrow!) for more on how the exit will affect the Arab World. (Also click the graphic below or here to see the larger size).
