On November 27th-28th, the 2012 Dubai World Game Expo (DWGE) will take place at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The event is dedicated to introducing a variety of interactive entertainment mediums, including "video games, online gaming, mobile games, edutainment & infotainment software, game related hardware, and next-generation platforms." This is one of the largest annual gatherings of the interactive entertainment industry, in the Arab world.
The DWGE is anticipated to bring over 3,000 industry professionals, and is a "hub where programmers, artists, producers, game designers, audio professionals, publishers, business decision-makers, investors, online payment providers, social media and others involved in the development of interactive games meet to network, share ideas and conduct business deals."
