Omar Kassim, Founder of Dubai-based online electronics store JadoPado, comments on why Mizado, a rival in the electronics e-commerce space built by Rocket Internet, recently closed down, and what that means for his strategy. It may have simply been a factor of high wages and low margins, he says. Meanwhile, JadoPado continues to succeed in the electronics online retail space with quick, consistent delivery, Kassim recently told Wamda.

Inside property market place, the principal market will be the initial transaction relating to the developer plus the buyer. This can be a only time that this developer becomes money through the property. Regardless of whether property price ranges rise by simply 50%, the builder once they've already sold the exact property doesn't profit unless that they develop along with issue additional units as well as buildings. fall money

There are still silent game players like alshop and gridzdirect in the online sector.
