Mahmoud Abd El-Moaty, Product Manager at Eshtery.me, explains how this mobile application works, during Flat6Labs' demo day. Replicating the offline shopping experience in an online format, Eshtery prints engaging QR Code on outdoor and indoor boards allowing smart phones users to shop for a variety of everyday items like groceries, fast food, gifts, etc. by simply scanning them.
Eshtery’s applications currently runs on Nokia, Android, iOS, J2ME and Blackberry platforms. The team will design the banners to look exactly like supermarkets' shelves, where every product will have its own QR code and NFC tag.
