The PACE (Promoting Active Citizen Engagement) program is soliciting grant applications from Lebanese NGOs to design and implement activities aimed at promoting civic engagement and advocacy on citizen concerns and policy solutions related to:
- Corruption and Access to Information
- Quality of Public Services
- Local Participation in Decision-Making
- Freedom of Expression
- Independent Media
- Confessionalist/Sectarian Tensions
Grant sizes will range from approximately $125,000 to $250,000 with a duration of 12-18 months. Interested applicants should request an application by sending an email to PACEgrants[at]msi-lebanon[dot]com.
PACE will accept applications on a rolling basis until March 15, 2013. If all funds are obligated prior to this date, the application process will close early. Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible and will be reviewed and evaluated as they are received.
