From Corporate to Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneur Journey Session by Young Arab Leaders

As part of their Entrepreneur Journey Sessions, Young Arab Leaders (YAL) are organizing a "Corporate to Entreprenuerhsip" session by the cofounders of ChefXChangeKarl Naim and Marc Washington. The session will take place on June 1 at Dubai Internet City, Thuraya Hall, Building number three.

Washington and Naim will share their journey from the corporate world to taking the entrepreneurial plunge. They founded their startup ChefXChange, a trusted online marketplace enabling foodies to book a private chef, on March 2014. Don't miss this sure-to-be inspiring session about passion and success!

About the speakers:

Karl Naim has an extensive international background in finance spanning wealth management and private equity with UBS AG, Goldman Sachs, and Mubadala Development Company. He is also an avid Angel Investor with an MBA from the London Business School and a MSc in Economics & Finance from the Warwick Business School.

Marc Washington oversees operations internationally, and is the go-to-guy who wears many hats. Marc has an extensive background as an investment professional. He has managed investments of over $6bn in AUM for international firms including The Carlyle Group and Mubadala Development Company. He received a MBA from London Business School, an MSc from Stanford and a BSc from MIT.
