Ibda3 startup accelerator selects 8 startups for its programme

Creative tech accelerator IBDA3, has announced its first group of eight Jordanian creative startup companies for its acceleration programme.  The startups selected are Street Blogger, Souq Aflam, Valore, Etarrfani, Tawq Films. Shorouq, Habaka and CUBLY. 

These startups will undergo a three to six-month mentorship programme, during which the startups will be able to develop partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders and entities, expand their connection networks as well as develop their minimal viable products (MVP) and validate them.

In collaboration with its partners, Ibda3 will also provide selected startups with access to working spaces. By the end of its programme, startups will have the chance to pitch their projects to prospective investors. 

According to Unesco, in 2018, the total revenue generated by the global cultural and creative industries was $2.25 trillion, accounting for 3 per cent of global gross domestic product (GDP), and creating about 29.5 million jobs in the same year.
