Pragmatech was established in 2009 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the United Development Company (UDC), based in Doha, Qatar, and has recently opened a development branch in Jounieh, Lebanon, just outside the capital, Beirut. The vision of Pragmatech is to build an IT company that not only delivers IT solutions for the public and private sectors, but one that also conducts applied research to develop state-of-the-art solutions and technologies – technologies that would have an impact on a global scale
