Learning Online Marketing at g|SaudiArabia 2.0

With four simultaneous tracks tackling many topics, the second day of g|SaudiArabia 2.0 was a dynamic event full of all kinds of Googlers.  Entrepreneurs, academics, business professional and students were roamed around the exhibition area, trading between tracks.

In coordination with Badir Technology Incubator, Google produced another fun event in line with their others in the region. Attendees got a chance to interact with Google engineers and gain insights on variety of topics including AdWords, AdSense, Analytics, YouTube, as well as Google platforms, tips and trends.

The intensive AdWords workshops were especially helpful for young entrepreneurs; it helped us, here at Naqa’a Environmental Enterprise, to fully grasp the power of online marketing and how to use AdWords to build our brand outreach. Also we really enjoyed the Google+ session, in which we learned how to publish a business page and market our news to our followers.     

Just before the closing ceremony, g|SaudiArbia ended the program by inviting the new Saudi YouTube stars on stage.  The youth-oriented event was just as expected, including cool presentations, interactive sessions and most of all introducing the tools that can help to build and promote businesses in Saudi Arabia.
