Solvermine is the first product from start-up Fekra2 (Idea2). Co-founders Sabrine Assem & Noha Askar explain that although there are similar platforms available globally, Solvermine is the region’s first crowd-sourced problem-solving platform.  Organisations post problems on the platform along with a reward for anyone who can come up with a solution.  The founders explain how they plan to overcome the regional challenge stemming from poor Intellectual Property governance, through techniques such as key escrow and trust building.  And they reveal that their main revenue stream will come from commission percentage from solved problems.
