Fabraca in Palestine Manufactures Products with Locally Developed 3D Printer [Wamda TV]

Palestinian engineer Ahmed Baraee recently founded Fabraca, a startup that builds physical objects out of 3D designs. After locally building their own 3D printer, Baraee discusses how they are overcoming weak local demand in the West Bank by approaching the regional Arab market.

To fill a gap in funding, Baraee and his team decided to join the Palestinian Information and Communication Technology Incubator (PICTI), which helped them with logistical and material support, as well as mentorship.

Check out the short video above to learn more about how Fabraca are overcoming challenges to launch their startup in Palestine.
