Workshops, mentorship and enthusiasm - it's all there at Mix N' Mentor.

Scheduled for December 10 at Hult Business School, Dubai Internet City, Mix N’ Mentor Dubai promises to be the biggest Mix N’ Mentor yet.

So far, more than 27 experts have confirmed their attendance for the fifth stop of Wamda’s signature mentorship event.

Some of the confirmed mentors include Ronaldo Mouchawar, CEO of Souq.com, Summer Nasief, healthcare director at Honeywell Middle East, and Mudassir Sheikha, founder and managing director of Careem, among other key players in the region. (Check the confirmed list of mentors here)

As any entrepreneur, expert and investor who has attended Mix N’ Mentor can attest, the event combines the tangible with the intangible to give startups a boost.

To help push startups even further, Wamda will bring its Marketplace Edition to Dubai for the first time.

Marketplace Edition allows entrepreneurs and corporates to meet one-on-one at the same table to explore how they can work together. The format launched earlier this year, and yielded a number of high-potential follow-up meetings at Mix N’ Mentor Amman and Beirut.

The casual atmosphere is key.

Emirates Airline is on board for Marketplace Edition, and presents intriguing opportunities for Dubai’s startups.

Other companies participating Marketplace Edition include Aramex, Choueiri Group, Payfort and Careem.

Workshops remain at the core of Mix N’ Mentor. Not only are workshops tailored to startups’ needs, entrepreneurs are matched with experts based on their needs as well.

This year, Dubai’s edition will witness the launch of two new topics during the afternoon workshops.

The first topic, Branding and Positioning for Startups, will be conducted by United Arab Bank’s senior VP of marketing and communication, Lina Shehadeh.

The Mobile Growth workshop, conducted by Nagi Salloum, Growth Marketing Trainer and Coach at MobileGrowthAcademy.com, will be the second topic.

With the UAE’s unparalleled support and encouragement for MENA’s entrepreneurs, we can’t think of a more fitting place to celebrate MENA’s entrepreneurs and bring the calendar year to a close. This is Mix N’ Mentor Dubai Marketplace Edition, and we can’t wait to see you there.
