The children-focused social network app Play:Date has secured $100,000 in funding from digital marketing agency, Boopin.
Launched in 2017 in the UAE, Play:Date offers parents an interactive platform where they can build their children's social circle. The app is available for download on iOS and Android in 126 countries including the US, UK, Australia, Singapore, India and New Zealand.
The fresh funds will go towards fuelling Play:Date’s expansion and enhancing its platform’s capabilities. On their side, Boopin will help the startup boost its visibility and digital presence.

Joining hands with Boopin, a local startup that has successfully established subsidiary branches in Abu Dhabi, Shanghai and Singapore, was a natural fit to support Play: Date in our next stage of growth and international expansion,” said Shamim Kassibawi, founder and CEO of Play:Date.
