Saudi edtech company Noon Academy has acquired Almakhfi, a digital platform specialising in preparation for the Qudurat and Tahsili examinations, in a move aimed at strengthening its AI-powered learning ecosystem and expanding its services for students across the Kingdom.

The acquisition follows Noon Academy's recent SAR 153 million ($40.8 million) Series B funding round led by Wa'ed Ventures and Raed Ventures, and forms part of the company's strategy to build a comprehensive digital education platform that combines live learning, artificial intelligence, and personalised educational experiences.

Founded eight years ago, Almakhfi has supported more than 250,000 students preparing for Saudi national examinations through digital learning content and exam preparation tools. The platform has established itself as one of the leading providers of online preparation for Qudurat and Tahsili examinations.

Through the acquisition, Noon Academy aims to integrate Almakhfi's specialised exam preparation content into its platform, enabling students to benefit from more personalised learning journeys powered by artificial intelligence while expanding access to high-quality educational resources.
