Sira marks three years with $4.2 million in collective member growth

Press release:

Sira, the regional community for like-valued professionals to connect authentically and grow personally and professionally, has celebrated its third anniversary with a milestone event, El Talte Nabte (“The Third Takes Root”), bringing together members, partners, and friends to mark three years of meaningful connection, collaboration, and collective growth.

Founded in 2022, Sira planted a simple idea in Jordan: professionals grow best when they can be real with themselves, each other, and the spaces they’re in. What started as an intimate gathering has become a community where belonging comes before status, and connection leads to meaningful work.

Sira has since grown to 150+ members across Jordan and the UAE representing 20+ industries. Over the past three years, members have sparked 190+ documented collaborations, created 35+ jobs, launched businesses, and collectively generated $4.2M in net wealth, all rooted in Sira values.

“From day one, Sira was never about the room you enter, it was about how you feel in the room,” said Ayah Saeed, Co-Founder. “Three years on, we’ve seen how intentionally designed spaces turn transactional interactions into trust, collaboration, and care.”

The anniversary celebration was designed as an immersive journey through Sira’s story:

The Roots: moments that grounded the community and shaped its identity. The Members: 150+ professionals stemming from those roots, each celebrated for their uniqueness, yet connected by shared values.

The Partners: collaborations with Bank al Etihad, whose support and shared values have helped Sira grow and bring its vision to life.

The Fruits: real collaborations, partnerships, and collective growth born from genuine connection.

The Growth: with the community, its members, and its values now rooted, the path forward is all growth, welcoming new members, entering new markets, and building new partnerships.

“Our third year isn’t a marker of time,  it’s proof that when the right people find each other, they can build something bigger than themselves,” said Zara Najjar, Co-Founder of Sira. “El Talte Nabte was our way of honouring the people, the values, and the partnerships that made this possible and of looking ahead to everything still to come.”

The celebration featured live performances by Tayar, a non-verbal movement segment led by member Randi Abdin to ease guests into connection, and an event experience designed and produced with the support of members, partners, and the Sira team. Sira extends its thanks to Bank al Etihad for rooting with the community and supporting this milestone.

As Sira looks to the future, its commitment remains the same: to create spaces, physically, mentally, and emotionally, where professionals feel safe, supported, and anchored in their journey, unlocking possibilities they hadn’t envisioned before.
