Saudi Venture Capital Co. (SVC) announced joint investments worth $267 million (SAR 1 billion) across 17 venture capital, private equity and private debt funds managed by 11 US fund managers.

According to SPA, the initiative strengthens economic partnership opportunities between Saudi Arabia and the United States and supports the growth of advanced-stage technology and innovation-driven companies.

SVC stated that the move aligns with the Kingdom’s strategy to expand investment cooperation in high-potential and strategic sectors, particularly advanced technologies, artificial intelligence, supply chains and the digital economy, in line with Vision 2030’s goals for diversification and sustainable economic development.

He added that SVC’s joint investments in US-managed funds represent a practical model for advancing cross-border investment and knowledge transfer, fully aligned with Vision 2030’s diversification and sustainability objectives.

Koshak also stated that SVC aims to stimulate and sustain financing for late-stage growth companies through commitments to VC, private equity and private debt funds. This strategy strengthens Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional hub for private capital, expands global partnerships and supports the development of high-potential industries and domestic capabilities in strategic sectors.
