Lyrie.ai exits stealth with $2 million pre-seed round
  • UAE-based cybersecurity startup Lyrie.ai has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding from unnamed investors and officially exited stealth mode.
  • Developed by OTT Cybersecurity LLC, the platform focuses on securing autonomous AI agents used across enterprise and government systems.
  • The funding will support platform development, expansion of the security research team, and deployment of the Agent Trust Protocol (ATP).

Press release:

Lyrie.ai, the autonomous cybersecurity platform developed by OTT Cybersecurity LLC, has announced the completion of a $2 million pre-seed funding round alongside its official exit from stealth mode.

The company said the funding will support continued platform development, expansion of its cybersecurity research team, and the operational rollout of the Agent Trust Protocol (ATP) across its platform and partner ecosystem. Lyrie.ai is also preparing for a future Series A round aimed at scaling deployment across enterprise and government markets.

Headquartered in Dubai, Lyrie.ai focuses on securing autonomous AI agents that increasingly operate across enterprise systems, execute transactions, access sensitive infrastructure, and interact with critical data environments.

“The agentic AI economy is being built right now, and it is being built without a security foundation,” said Guy Sheetrit, CEO and Founder of OTT Cybersecurity LLC. “Every AI agent on the internet today is effectively anonymous. No identity verification, no scope enforcement, no tamper detection. We built the infrastructure that changes that — and we built it as an open standard so the entire industry can adopt it.”

Alongside the funding announcement, the company introduced the Agent Trust Protocol (ATP), an open cryptographic standard designed for AI agent identity verification, authorisation, attestation, delegation, and revocation. The protocol is royalty-free and is expected to be submitted to the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) as an open industry standard.

According to the company, ATP is intended to become the trust layer underpinning the emerging agentic AI economy, similar to the role SSL/TLS played in securing the web.

Lyrie.ai also announced that OTT Cybersecurity LLC has been accepted into Anthropic’s Cyber Verification Programme (CVP), which supports verified cybersecurity operators working on advanced AI safety, red teaming, and vulnerability research.

The platform offers autonomous offensive and defensive cybersecurity capabilities, including automated penetration testing, adversarial AI red-teaming, zero-day vulnerability research, and AI security evaluation tools.

The company said the new capital will help accelerate infrastructure scaling, deepen enterprise partnerships, and expand deployment across enterprise and government cybersecurity environments.
