Press release:

Lendo, the leading Shariah-compliant debt crowdfunding marketplace in SaudiArabia, operating under the supervision and oversight of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), today announced a strategic partnership with Quantic FinancialSolutions GmbH at Money20/20 Middle East. Quantic Financial Solutions GmbH isan asset management fund headquartered in Vienna, Austria, that brings foreign direct investment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Under the agreement, Quantic will invest in an institutional capital programme of up to SAR 750 million ($200 million), dedicated to working capital financing for SMEs in the Kingdom ofSaudi Arabia.

The programme reflects growing institutionalconfidence in the Kingdom's debt-based crowdfunding model. It supports the continued development of the Saudi fintech ecosystem, in line with the objectives of the Financial Sector Development Program under Vision 2030.

Under the partnership, Quantic will draw on itsexpertise in institutional fund management to oversee the disciplineddeployment of its capital, aligned with Lendo's financing strategy and growthobjectives. The collaboration strengthens Lendo's capacity to meet risingdemand for SME working capital financing across the Kingdom.

Lendo intends to deploy the programme to expand access to working capital financing for SMEs across the Kingdom, accelerating its growth plans and supporting the launch of new financing solutions that helpclose the SME financing gap.

Why this partnership is crucial for the market:

•  It helps to close the SME financing gap. Lendo's SAMA-regulated originationcombined with Quantic's institutional-grade capital deployment gives the Kingdom's SME sector access to funding at a scale the market has lacked.

•  It advances a national economic priority. The programme directly supports the Financial Sector Development Program's fintech and SME-financing objectives under Vision 2030, reinforcing debt-based crowdfunding as a credible pillar ofthe Kingdom's financial sector.

•  It opens a durable channel for international capital. Quantitative structures of Shariah-compliant investment products from these assets for investors abroad — establishing a repeatable bridge between global FDI and Saudi SME finance, rather than a one-off transaction.

"This partnership is a significant milestone for Lendo and a strong endorsement of our business model," saidOsama AlRaee, CEO and Co-Founder of Lendo. "It gives us the scale andstructuring discipline to serve significantly more SMEs as demand across the Kingdom continues to grow, and it brings us a step closer to our purpose ofclosing the SME financing gap through transparent, responsible funding."

Dr. Dietrich Matthes (Founding Partner ofQuantic Financial Solutions) said, "Lendo's track record, origination quality, and regulatory standing make it the clear partner for a program ofthis scale in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as the leader in this space. We look forward to funding the programme and deploying capital with discipline in support of SME growth across the Kingdom. The Shariah-compliant investment productsthat Quantic creates with these assets are attractive to investors internationally."
