Press release:

Beltone Venture Capital has announced a strategic equity investment in Yakeey as part of the startup’s $15 million Series A round, marking the largest Series A funding round ever completed in Morocco.

The investment underscores Beltone Venture Capital’s growing focus on scaling high-impact technology platforms across Africa and the MENA region, while backing category-defining startups with strong fundamentals and regional expansion potential.

Founded to modernise one of Morocco’s most fragmented sectors, Yakeey is building the digital infrastructure for real estate transactions, offering an end-to-end platform that integrates property search, valuation, brokerage, and financing into a single digital experience. By combining proprietary data, technology, and a fast-growing network of trusted brokers, the company is reshaping how real estate is bought, sold, and financed across the country.

Yakeey is led by a founding team with deep local market expertise and a proven execution track record. The platform has demonstrated early scalability, positioning it as a strong candidate for regional expansion as demand grows for transparent, digitised real estate services across North Africa.

Beltone Venture Capital joins a strong international investor syndicate in the round, alongside IFC (International Finance Corporation), Enza Capital, and 212 Founders.

The strategic investment reflects Beltone Venture Capital’s commitment to supporting technology-driven platforms that unlock value in traditional sectors, drive financial inclusion, and accelerate digital transformation across emerging markets.
