Falak Holding announced its acquisition of a majority stake in Kernel, including its branches in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Kernel specialises in developing AI solutions and applications, in a strategic move aimed at strengthening Falak’s presence in advanced technologies and expanding its capabilities in the artificial intelligence sector.

Kernel was established with the goal of transforming AI knowledge into practical applications with tangible impact. The company develops AI-based products, in addition to offering specialised training programmes and applied initiatives such as AI Startup Lab, which focuses on building real AI products and enabling technical teams to turn advanced ideas into scalable market solutions.

Through this acquisition, Falak aims to integrate Kernel’s technical expertise with its entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem, opening new avenues to support AI-driven startups, accelerate product development, and enable organisations to benefit from AI solutions in a practical and effective way.

Under the terms of the deal, Kernel will continue to operate independently within Falak Holding, while benefiting from Falak’s investment network and entrepreneurial platform to support innovation and build technology companies.
