Vote for the Future You Want

In the Sustainable Development Dialogues, or Rio+20 Dialogues, over 10,000 experts, stakeholders, and academics from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds brainstormed ideas for improving the planet. They narrowed these down to 100 concrete recommendations.

If you want to stand up for the values that you want to see enacted in the future, vote for your favorites in the next 4 days before June 14th. (It only takes a second; just check boxes for the ideas you like).

The results will be discussed in the Sustainable Development Dialogues and 30 will be chosen to be conveyed directly to world leaders and decision makers at the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, also known as Rio+20 Conference, will be held from 13 to 22 June 2012 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The conference is held under the leadership of the the Brazilian Government with the support of the UN world leaders, along with thousands of participants from governments, the private sector, NGOs and other groups. By including these dialogues, which will occur from June 16-19th, it aims to increase global participation in the formulation of this vision and in international conferences in general.

Once you vote, experts and stakeholders from civil society will gather at the Sustainable Development Dialogues to determine which recommendations should be submitted directly to the Heads of State and Government.

So vote now to stand up for the future that you want, especially when it comes to those policies that will enable ease of entrepreneurship.
