Part of a series of events for Social Enterprise Week, this session features social entrepreneurs who launched food enterprises discussing the “social” in their business models. The event will take place at Shelter Dubai on February 27, 2013.
Speakers will share their experiences in setting up and growing food enterprises that are socially-minded across different areas of the supply chain, from sourcing organic produce and employing women working from home, to reducing waste and dealing appropriately with left-over food.
