Lately, startup lingo has compared social media managers to gurus, developers to ninjas, and entrepreneurs to superheroes.
This can be an exaggeration (if you know an entrepreneur who actually is a superhero, please tell her or him to send me a tweet @aline_myd). But most founders who find success manage to inspire their teams and serve the market with something it's never seen before. To make a business work, you need to be a confident, resilient, and creative leader.
There are great ways to never even attempt this. If you never want to find out what you're capable of, never want to start a business, or attempt to build or write something new, here's a great way to do it (thanks to a cute cartoon by Chris Guillebeau; click for larger version).
