Extended Deadline: 9th MIT Enterprise Forum Arab Startup Competition in Jeddah, KSA

Update: the deadline has been extended to January 18.

The 9th MIT Enterprise Forum Arab Startup Competition
is now receiving applications. Deadline for applying is January 18, 2016. One of the biggest entrepreneurial competitions in the region, this year's competition will be held in Jeddah, KSA, in partnership with Community Jameel and Zain.  

The competition receives more than 5,000 applications each year from 21 Arab countries. So far, more than 1,500 entrepreneurs have received training and created over 250 knowledge-based jobs. The competition receives applications in 3 different tracks: Ideas, Startups and Social Entrepreneurship. Applicants may only apply to one track.

Founded in 2005, the MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab is one of the 28 worldwide chapters of the MIT Enterprise Forum Global, an avid promoter of entrepreneurship and innovation worldwide. The MIT Enterprise Forum- Pan Arab has a proven record in promoting entrepreneurship by organizing competitions and creating online media platforms, Establishing co-working spaces and Connecting Arab startups with Silicon Valley.
