Coders, designers, and entrepreneurs are invited to take part in the first hackathon organized by the 1864 Accelerator, aimed at taking on fintech challenges faced by the Egyptian market. The 3-day event is built around coding, programming and hacking, turning ideas into products which allows participants to implement newly acquired skills.
- Day 1 (5:00 pm – 8:00 pm): Introduction of the themes, ideation/brainstorming, and team formation.
- Day 2 (9:00 am – 7:00 pm): Full day of coding and training sessions by Microsoft and access to tools and methods in rapid prototyping as well as lean startup methodologies.
- Day 3 (9:00 am – 8:30 pm): Final coding and debugging before judging and starting the award ceremony.
