Over a 1000 of the the region’s government leaders, digital practitioners and entrepreneurs will gather for the third edition of Arabnet Kuwait - on October 7-9, at Courtyard by Marriott. The conference will bring together 90+ speakers, 40+ exhibitors, as well as high-level sponsors including Digital Media Services (Choueiri Group), Boubyan Bank, Wave Maker, SME Law and Careem.
For the first time this year, Arabnet Kuwait will host Founders’ Day, sponsored by Boubyan Bank. It will take place on October 7th and will engage the participants with two tracks of hands-on workshops covering entrepreneurship and cutting-edge technology. Meanwhile, the two conference days on October 8-9 will highlight the state of e-commerce, financial technology and banking, innovation and entrepreneurship as well as digital media and advertising through 4 separate tracks.
The stage will witness 16 panels and numerous talks that will bring together industry pioneers like Alex Pitt from Mustard Seed, who was previously at Mubadala - Abu Dhabi, The Boston Consulting Group and Goldman Sachs in London. Snap Inc’s Jake Thomas, Head of Agency Development - MENA, will talk about content consumption and communication habits in his keynote. In addition, Ripples’s Navin Gupta, who was voted as one of "The 50 Most Promising Young Leaders" in Asia-Pac by The Asian Banker and Fady Yacoub from HOF Capital, awarded “Most Innovative Venture Capital Model” will be present alongside many other decision makers.
Arabnet Kuwait will also feature two competitions to highlight emerging talent and innovators: The Startup Battle, which will select the top 3 startups from Kuwait to compete against the best in the region at the Startup Championship (for a chance to win $20,000)
