- Founded in 2015 by Dhruv Agrawal, Himanshu Gupta and Soham Chokshi, Shipsy is a logistics SaaS provider. Meanwhile, Stockone, founded in 2017 by Karthik Bala, is a cloud-based WMS for retail and e-commerce industries.
- The acquisition will allow Shipsy to offer a holistic logistics management experience across transportation, warehouse management, and fulfilment.
