As 2025 came to a close, Sira Community gathered its members and their guests across Jordan and the UAE for Sira Squared, its annual end-of-year celebration designed to reflect on the year behind and set the tone for the one ahead. 

This signature event is designed with intention. It is the only Sira gathering where each member brings a plus one, a like-valued professional they believe would feel at home in the community. By design, every conversation, introduction, and shared moment is multiplied. The energy doubles. The possibilities expand. That is the meaning behind Sira Squared: the power of community, experienced together. 

This year at Sira was shaped by a clear direction: Double the Confidence. Not as a slogan, but as a way of showing up. 

Throughout the year, confidence revealed itself in different forms. Members spoke up more, asked for help, shared opportunities, and stepped into rooms they hadn’t been in before. It also appeared quietly, in choosing depth over visibility, staying connected through slower seasons, and trusting the community enough to be real. At Sira, confidence doesn’t always look loud; often, it looks like trust.

Founded in 2022 by two Jordanian co-founders, Sira was built on a simple belief: professionals grow best when they can be real with themselves, with each other, and with the spaces they’re in. What began as a small gathering in Jordan has grown into a regional professional community across Jordan and the UAE, grounded in shared values and intentional relationships.

The event is intentionally designed to guide non-members from curiosity to clarity, offering a genuine understanding of what Sira stands for and how it supports both personal and professional growth. 

A Year of Collective Impact 

Today, Sira is home to 150+ members across Jordan and the UAE, representing 20+ industries. Over three years, the community has sparked 190+ documented collaborations, contributed to the creation of 40+ jobs, and generated over USD 4.7 million in collective member wealth, outcomes rooted in trust, not transaction. 

Looking Ahead 

Sira Squared is how Sira closes a year and opens the next. Not with resolutions, but with relationships. 

With its values firmly rooted, Sira will continue to grow across Jordan, the UAE, and new markets, building intentional partnerships and creating spaces where professionals who embody its values can find one another, build confidence, and grow together.
