Daleel, an AI-native real estate intelligence platform, has raised $3 million in a pre-seed funding round from a prominent real estate investor and business angel with deep ties to the Dubai property market.

Founded by Ilan Cohen and Ely Weichsel, Daleel is building an AI-first intelligence layer for the GCC real estate market. The platform unifies verified government transaction data with live property listings, enabling buyers, investors, agents, and developers to access real-time, auditable market insights through a conversational interface.

Daleel operates under the Dubai Land Department’s Real Estate Evolution Space (REES) programme, giving it direct access to historical and live datasets including actual sale prices, Ejari rental contracts, mortgage registrations, construction progress, and service charges. This data is unified and deduplicated across all major listing portals to provide a single source of truth for real estate decision-making.

The company’s long-term vision is to establish Daleel as core infrastructure for real estate transactions across the GCC, starting with Dubai and expanding regionally as markets such as Saudi Arabia open further to foreign ownership.

The newly raised capital will be used to accelerate product development, launch mobile applications, expand coverage to Abu Dhabi and other emirates, and lay the groundwork for entry into Saudi Arabia, positioning Daleel ahead of expected market consolidation in the region’s real estate technology landscape.
