At the MENA Business Women's Network Forum this past April, Bahraini young woman, Khouloud Abdel Kader who founded Curve Jewelry in 2010, shares her experience as a jewelry designer who worked from home, during the first stages focusing on bulding a community through Facebook. Khouloud then discusses how joining the UNIDO program  encouraged her to move forward and launch a store and a workshop. "There is no fun if you don't have challenges to overcome", she says.

Khouloud also speaks about how women are supported encouraged by their families to start their own businesses in Bahrain, and how she managed to build a business model that was profitable from the first year.
