Register

The Arab Conference at Harvard is considered to be one of the largest Pan-Arab conferences in North America. This year it is aiming to bring together 1,300+ students and professionals to discuss the most pressing issues facing the region. This year’s conference will be held on November 9-12 2017, marking its 11th edition.

During the conference, there will be a startup pitching competition, which launched 6 years ago to become the highlight of the event.

10 pre-selected teams will be pitching in front of a high-profile panel of judges from the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Three winning teams will share a prize of up to 30,000 USD.

Rules of participation:

  • At least one founder should be from the MENA region or the startup needs to serve the MENA market

  • Preferably, ventures need to have launched an MVP, and have not raised significant investment rounds

The pre-selected 10 teams will participate in a series of entrepreneurship and how-to-pitch workshops ahead of the event, which will prepare them to receive direct feedback from members of the jury and network with leading entrepreneurs, VCs and investors.

Participating teams will participate in the Harvard Business School Career fair the day following the competition.

Deadline to apply is on October 4, 2017 at 17:00 pm EST.
