Press release:

Dubai Future District Fund (DFDF) has invested in Dubai-born deep-tech company Immensa to support the global expansion of its digital spare parts platform and strengthen advanced manufacturing capabilities from the UAE.

The investment, made alongside Global Ventures and existing shareholders, will enable Immensa to scale its Digital Parts Passport platform, expand internationally, and reinforce more resilient, on-demand industrial supply chains.

Founded in Dubai, Immensa enables industrial operators—particularly across oil, gas, and power sectors—to transition from physical spare parts inventory to secure digital libraries. Through its Digital Parts Passport system, certified components are stored virtually and manufactured on demand through a distributed global production network, including qualified additive manufacturing and 3D printing facilities.

By replacing traditional warehousing with digital inventory and localized production, Immensa helps industrial companies reduce capital tied up in stock, shorten lead times, lower carbon emissions, and strengthen supply chain resilience amid growing geopolitical and climate pressures.

Nader Albastaki, Managing Director of DFDF, said the investment aligns with Dubai’s broader economic and industrial strategy.

“Immensa represents the kind of advanced industrial technology that supports Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda. It enhances manufacturing capabilities, enables near-shoring of supply chains, and accelerates Industry 4.0 adoption. Supporting companies like Immensa ensures Dubai remains globally competitive while building sustainable and resilient industries.”

CEO Fahmi Al Shawwa described the transaction as a strategic milestone.

“This is more than growth capital. DFDF’s backing reinforces our ambition to modernise industrial supply chains globally. With their support, we will expand internationally, enhance our digital platform, and scale enterprise deployments.”

Immensa currently operates manufacturing hubs in Dubai and Dammam, combining localized production with global integration. The new funding will be deployed to expand the company’s digital parts library, grow its international production partner network, and support large-scale enterprise adoption.

As industries worldwide seek more agile and sustainable supply chains, Immensa’s platform positions the UAE at the centre of a new model for digital, distributed manufacturing.
