The most important factor in our recruitment process is passion for the job being applied for, disregarding of what the job is, should passion not be there we disregard experience as we see it to be irrelevant. In the same time there are some positions that we require experience in addition to passion & others where we believe passion only will enable the team member to gain experience & innovate in sufficient time to surpass those with experience. We emphasize the need of a diversified team, which influences innovation. Our recruitment process is a six step journey we have with our potential candidates.
