What Are Employers in the Middle East Looking For?
Applying for jobs? Or thinking of hiring more staff at your own company? You may be wondering what your employers (or peers who are also hiring) see when they receive a CV.
A glance at job portal Bayt.com's newest inforgraphic reveals some interesting facts about how employers in the Middle East and North Africa view hiring. 74.6% would hire somone more qualified than they are, but 67.2% are also open to someone with no experience, revealing that many companies are looking for fresh grads. 28.8% of employers say that hunger, drive, and ambition are the most important qualities in a potential candidate.
