Finding the right hire can sometimes seem impossible. When looking for a team member, you’re bound to hear from and interview candidates from across the spectrum, whether very corporate, extremely inexperienced, or lacking in passion about your startup’s mission.
But finding the right team member, one who is affordable, has passion, dedication, and a good attitude, is not impossible – they are out there. Just like the Mini Entrepreneur, you may have to go through hundreds of CVs, but with patience and a clear understanding of what you’re looking for, you will find them. Just remember, nobody is perfect, so you may have to look for someone with growth potential just as much as past experience.
